Wigmy® Hair aims to provide high-quality virgin human hair wigs and weaves to our customers, also we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. if you are not 100% satisfied, all online purchases are eligible for an exchange or return within 30 days of the date you received the item.

Note:

●Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)

Returns&exchanges to the NYC Wigmy® Hair office are available for United States clients. we provide the prepaid shipping label if it's caused by our mistakes. 

We have all the right to refuse the package if you send it back without  email us first for the shipping address, Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge and other expenses caused by this return. Custom-made orders can’t be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
