Wigmy® Hair is committed to providing customers with a fast and convenient shopping experience.After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. we have a self-operated US warehouse in NYC,and a chinese warehouse. It means you do not need to worry anything.

Shipping Time

We ship all of the orders in two situations.

1.In stock: ship in 24 hours

2.Out of stock: ship in 2-3 business days.

We will try our best to ship fast. Thanks for your understanding, we will keep supplement and stock replenishment as soon as quickly.


Processing Time 

Most of the stocked items will ship out in 24 hours.We hope we always can ship your order in time. But, it is inevitable that some products are out of stock,we need 2-3 business days to process.(our founder builds a own factory, which is faster to process).

Expedited Shipping

We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, or UPS with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is 3-5 business days at this special time except weekends and holiday.

Po.Box & Military Base

PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.


Customs &Taxes

Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair value to meet the custom free-tax standard to help avoid unnecessary expenses, but if it still happens, Wigmy® Hair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding customs policies.


Sign for Delivery

It is strongly recommended for you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won’t be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard, and any place else.


Tracking Number 

We send tracking numbers by email after your order is shipped out. You can track your parcel anytime. If there is a trouble, pls get help from our service team.


Please Note:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Due to pur factory is in China,please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of the year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer.

Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year).
