Wigmy® Hair aims to provide high-quality virgin human hair wigs and weaves to our customers, also we want our customers to be happy with their purchase.Thanks for our choosing.But for some reason, if you are not 100% satisfied, all online purchases are eligible for an exchange or return within 30 days of the date you received the item.
Order Cancellation

Please note that we are not able to process cancellation once the order has been shipped.
●You can cancel your order in 24 hours. We will give you the full refund.
●Once the products are shipped and can’t stop the logistics. The order can’t be canceled. Customers can receive the products and return to us.
●If the products are not shipped for some reason, you can cancel the order and you also can get a full refund.
●If you do not reply us to confirm your cancellation request within 5 days, we will cancel your order and offer the refund according to our cancellation policy.
Order Change Policy
We provide change instructions. We always ship in 24 hours. For those who choose the wrong color or the wrong size. It means please reach out to customer representives ASAP before your order is shipped.
If the products are not shipped, you can change your mind and tell us. The price difference will depend on the product you choose again.
Once the products are shipped and can’t stop the logistics, customers can receive the products and return to us, and the returning fee is paid by customers.
Order Return&Exchange
At Wigmy® Hair, we provide 30 days no reason return&exchange service. if you are not 100% satisfied, Please feel free to contact us contact us via email or telephone to discuss the problem you are concerned about first.And ask the customer service staff for the return address. Please do not return the goods without permission. We may not receive your return goods, then we will not refund
Note:
●Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off,the lace is cut, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)
●All the gifts must be returned together with the item.
●Items must be returned within allowed timefram,beyond 30 days, we cannot accept any return &exchange.
●Returns&exchanges to the NYC Wigmy® Hair office are available for United States clients. we provide the prepaid shipping label if it's caused by our mistakes.
●Custom-made orders can’t be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
●When we receive the products and confirm the products are in original condition, you will receive a refund confirmation email. The refunds will be given in 3—5 working days to your account.
●We must state that if the products are quality problem, pls take a videos and pictures of that product. If so,we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the bad item back with the exchange and return in no used state within 30 days of receipt.(We will pay the return fee because of the quality problem) If they are personal reasons(do not like the style,wrong size or color etc.) it means that we also give you a return address but you should pay the return fee, when we receive the parcel, we will give you a full refund at once.
