To Make every wigmy customer satisfied is our goal. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. When you receive the order. If the hair quality&hair color&hair length is not right, please e-mail us at wigmy@outlook.com to initiate your return and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

How to Return My Order?

1.Make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days.

2.Email wigmy@outlook.com your order number and get the shipping address.

3.Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge. After we receive the package and confirmed it is in original status. Your refund will be processed in 1-2 business days.

How to Exchange My order?

1.Email wigmy@outlook.com within 30 days after you got package to make an application for exchange.

2.Email Us get the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.

3.We will arrange the new order delivery after we have received and confirmed that the returned hair products can be also used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. Please use the USPS/Postal Office international delivery company, and do as we suggest. Usually orders take 7-20 business days to be delivered with standard shipping.

4.Customers will have to pay customs fee resulted from not following our return instructions.
