Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. It is strongly recommended for you Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won’t be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard, and any place else.

What is the item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.

●Returns&exchanges to the NYC Wigmy® Hair office are available for United States clients. we provide the prepaid shipping label if it's caused by our mistakes.
●We have all the right to refuse the package if you send it back without email us first for the shipping address, Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge and other expenses caused by this return. Custom-made orders can’t be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
